We’re creating a new kind of neighbourhood – a small cluster of custom-built ecologically built homes surrounded by shared gardens full of fruit, flowers, and wildlife.

Our vision is simple: beautiful, natural homes that are warm, efficient, and affordable to run. These homes will be built with ecological principles, using natural materials and passive design to offer low-impact living and long-term energy security.Set on a peaceful site near Ipplepen, South Devon, this is your chance to co-design a home that’s tailored to your life – not off the shelf, but built around you.

About the Project

We’re currently developing plans for a custom build neighbourhood of eco-homes, on a site allocated in the Teignbridge Local Plan.

Every home will:

  • Be designed to Passive House or similar energy-efficient standards

  • Use natural, breathable materials with low embodied carbon

  • Be arranged around shared gardens, not car-dominated streets

  • Offer the chance for buyers to shape their home design from the start
